Job Description:

As the Sales Director for the UK, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring our continued success in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, taking into consideration market trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.

  • Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their accounts are managed effectively.

  • Sales Operations: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales efforts and make data-driven decisions.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and presentations for executive management and stakeholders.

  • Compliance: Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, sales processes, and relevant regulations.

The Candidate

This is a critical function in the company and we are looking for the following skill sets:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 10-12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity technology and the USA market.
