What do you like most about the product or service?
It is unnecessary to invest time in management and implementation because it is extremely simple to set up and run. There is no need for an on-premise server, which is a major benefit that allows us to save money and time while effortlessly controlling and managing everything in the cloud. Thanks to SanerNow, the efficiency of our system has improved greatly. I really enjoy it since it prioritizes concerns to grasp their severity and take appropriate action. Nothing is more important to our organization than the security of our endpoints and network, and in order to ensure complete security, we tried a number of tools before settling on SanerNow, which is a master in its own correct; it not only keeps us completely secure but also automates all security operations.
Improvements suggested by customer
The user interface isn’t extremely appealing and needs some work in order to appear appropriately arranged and clean. The interoperability with multiple operating systems is not very excellent and this is a space where I wish they put effort instantly.
