What do you like best about SanerNow?
There are many benefits and things to like about SanerNow. After reviewing ten competitors, SanerNow was the clear winner for us: – There are many options available with the product for supporting and securing the endpoints (customizable). – There are many canned reports at our disposal. – We can create our reports. – The dashboard has fantastic visuals for a snapshot understanding of our landscape. – The SecPod team is extremely helpful and engaging. – The cost is exceptionally reasonable for what you get. – You know exactly where your risks are. – CVEs and CVSS are provided helping to understand the threat landscape.
Improvements Suggested:
– Navigating sometimes is not as intuitive as we would like – Patching does not always happen as immediately as I would like – Devices that are awake/online sometimes show as offline in the dashboard – Editing sometimes does not take effect giving false errors – Vulnerabilities are listed when no patches are available, making our environment look like it will be easily compromised.
